Payment Terms

50% of the price is due immediately on the booking date, the balance is then due by Friday
27th March 2015. Please be aware that the deposit will be forfeited if the second payment was not made.
Name changes will be free of charge up to 10 days before departure. All sales are final.
All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking, change and fluctuation.

Important Notes

If the fight is cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure – presumably due to injury in
training – the following non-negotiable conditions will apply:

– Assuming a new fight date is announced we would simply re-book you the same

package to cover the new date; however, there would be a re-booking charge of

£2,800 per person. This simply reflects our own costs for cancellation of hotels and

aircraft for the original date.

– If you do not wish to travel on the new date there will be a refund less 30% charge of

your package. If the fight is cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure the trip and
flight will still go ahead and a refund of 100% of face value of your chosen ticket will be applied.
We will advise the face value of the ticket at least 21 days prior to departure.
Hopefully there is no fight cancellation but we must stress that the above terms are all that
we can offer given that this is an individual and not a team sport. We appreciate your understanding.
